Based on current external factors, due to the recent continuous sharp rise, the market has accumulated too many long positions, and the CME Group has recently increased the margin ratio of precious metal futures, resulting in a sharp increase in leveraged long capital pressure, triggering stop losses and forced liquidation risks, exacerbating price gaps, and further triggering liquidity risks.
Even gold ETFs also reduced their holdings of gold by 3.43 tons simultaneously. This is equivalent to selling out all high-level long positions after the 23rd of this month!
I also emphasized during the live broadcast on Wednesday night that you must pay attention to risks when placing high-level long orders above 5,000 US dollars.
